PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2019: Flashback

This September 23 – 25 PET Technologies has crossed the Atlantic Ocean once more to participate at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2019. Simplicity turned out to be the core characteristic our customers attributed to the products we brought. What does it refer?

Simplicity in blow molding equipment. Traditionally, we exhibited automatic PET stretch blow molder. This time it was APF-3002 model. Definitely, it attracted our guests’ attention. “I know your machine is simple to operate”, said one of our prospects. It turned out that he had already seen this machine in operation at one of the plants in Latin America.

Simplicity in bottle design. Traditionally, we brought PET bottles samples developed by PET Technologies R&D. Some of them had common application for the American market: water and CSD, vegetable oil and vinegar, household chemicals and cosmetics. Others, not. What about beer in PET bottle or PET tumbler? Let’s have a closer look at this simple and 100% recyclable beer bottle!

Simplicity in molds. Traditionally, each of our guests could touch a fine surface of blow molds we produce. Did you know that we use 5-axes CNC machinery centers to get sophisticated design? All the molds are made of German duralumin alloys of series 7000. We test the cooling system of each mold to avoid leak.

Simplicity in communication. “Sales and service are like a pair of shoes in case of PET stretch blow molding machines”, highlighted one of our customers during the meeting. Simplicity of Cube. Once Erno Rubic says that the Cube is at the same time, a symbol of simplicity and complexity. It reflects the reason why our customer from Mexico has purchased the third PET Technologies machine: APF-3002 blower we exhibited at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2019. It is a complex system simple to operate!
