Now Alex Saryagas is in the Top 5 major mineral water manufacturers in Kazakhstan! Established in 1993, it became the first company in Kazakhstan to manufacture mineral water in plastic bottles.
The history of cooperation between Alex Saryagash and PET Technologies began in 2007, when 18 automatic blow molding machines APF-4 were installed at the plant. Almost all of them are still in full operation.
Alex Saryagash has developed rapidly. The demand for their products was growing. Thus, it was crucial to increase manufacturing capacity. The company decided to turn to the trusted partner PET Technologies and purchased 2 more blow molding machines APF-6004!
Like the old machines, APF-6004 has a four-cavity blow mold. However, the output is almost twice as high – 6000 bottles / hour with a bottle volume of 1.5 liters!
The equipment was successfully delivered and integrated in the filling line. PET Technologies authorized service specialist from Central Asia performed commissioning works and confirmed the declared performance of blow molding machines.
The water produced by Alex Saryagash is a natural mineral drinking soft water with medical properties. It origins from almost 2000 m depth from the Tashkent artesian basin of the Saryagash district, Turkestan region. It is unique due to the content of active micro components and salinity up to 1g/dm3. It can be consumed daily in any quantity both for medicinal purposes and as a refreshing drink.
“New outside, same inside”, under this tagline the company Alex Saryagash rebranded the logo and label in 2021. Therefore, along with delivery of equipment PET Technologies, manufactured blow molds for 1.5 l redesigned bottles.
Although the brand has undergone the changes in its design, the mineral water itself remains unchanged in terms of its composition and quality. It is achieved due to the modern equipmentand technologies involved on each stage of water production.
