This infrastructure permits PET Technologies to produce molds and cooling units for all European brands of rotary blow molding machines. It has converted us into an authorized of global brands!
Advanced software. PET Technologies develops molds in general and cooling units in particular with the help of Catia V5, the world leading engineering and design tool. Such industries as aerospace and automotive, industrial equipment and plant design, consumer goods and architecture widely use this software due to the high capability of surface modelling and precision.
Premium quality. PET Technologies uses duralumin alloys, series 6000, of German origin. Its hardness is up to 100HB. The unique mechanical properties of this type of aluminum has an optimum ratio of hardness and plasticity for shock loads.
Depending on customer’s preference, PET Technologies can supply anodized molds’ cooling units. What is anodization? It is electrochemical coating of the surface layer. It provides additional hardness, increases wear resisting properties and protects against corrosion.
