Wide range of models permits to produce bottles from 100 ml up to 8 l with neck finish up to 120 mm. The output up is up to 14 000 bph. Could you imagine 300 ml and 7 L bottles made with the same machine? APF-Max 3U makes it possible due to the modular concept!

APF-Max blow molder is equipped with the special short-wave near infrared heating system (NIR). It is not a common method for PET blow molding market, though preform heating is more efficient whilst less kilowatts are consumed. The advantages of NIR heating system for PET bottles production:

• Uniform temperature distribution between the inner and outer parts of preform wall;
• Reduced heating time;
• Compact heater size;
• Reduced energy consumption of blow molder.

Seeing is believing. PET Technologies will exhibit rotary blow molds that it produces. The 4- and 5-axes CNC machining centers permit to obtain a mold surface shining as if it were mirror. PET Technologies constantly expands its manufacturing facilities buying new pieces of equipment.

This year we acquired one more Mikron Mill S600U with spindle processing speed 42 000 rev/min. After this machine tool, the blow mold surface does not need any additional polishing. What are the advantages for our customes?
