It was in 2016 when PET technologies supplied a universal PET stretch blow molder to Tropical Trade and Industries NV, Suriname. One of the company’s activities is Caribbean syrup manufacturing. Since then the company has increased its sales 24% in one year. How did in-house operations contribute to it?
Packaging Strategies in its recent article highlights the main steps of the project, since the first meeting at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2015 to current new projects. It is based on the personal interviews and includes a feedback of the customer regarding partnership with PET Technologies.
Thus, the key points to decide in favor of PET Technologies was 360-degree support during the whole lifecycle of the project, since the first communication:
“Understanding Tropical Trade & Industries N.V.’s goal to create a new brand experience with packaging, PET Technologies also connected the company with raw material suppliers and worked between six and nine months to ensure they were meeting the necessary bottle specifications”
“…PET Technologies flew to Suriname to support the equipment installation. They trained current Tropical Trade & Industries N.V. employees on machine operation and maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot any issues during production.”
