The origins

A decade ago PET Technologies, founded in 1999, decided to expand its export geography and reach the New World. By then, it had already been recognized by local and multinational companies in Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Argentina became the first Latin American country to be conquered by PET Technologies. A Rosario-based chemical solvent manufacturer decided to launch its own PET bottle manufacturing facility instead of purchasing containers. Its main requirement was to acquire versatile, high-tech equipment capable of producing up to 100,000 bottles per month.

“This machine is great. I blow up a lot of bottles, from 100 ml to 5 L, and I spend almost nothing on maintenance!” he remarked in a conversation.
